Obama Bans Press From Press Award Ceremony

How much longer will the Mainstream Media put up with Obama? His manic reliance on his teleprompter (which I lovingly call "the Bama Binky") is proving this guy is terrified of gaffes, horrified of being satirized and in way over his head. But don't take my word for it. Here's what the liberal LA Times is reporting on the most recent episode of "Obama: Believe it or Not!"
We are not making this up:

Barack Obama was elected commander in chief promising to run the most transparent presidential administration in American history.

This achievement and the overall promise of his historic administration caused the National Newspaper Publishers Assn. to name him "Newsmaker of the Year."

The president is to receive the award from the federation of black community newspapers in a White House ceremony this afternoon.

The Obama White House has closed the press award ceremony to the press.

From the president's official schedule:

"Later in the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will attend a reception with the National Newspaper Publisher Association in the State Dining Room, where they will be presented the Newsmaker of the Year award. This event is closed press."

Maybe they'll let the newspaper people pass the award through the fence.

Hey Chris how is the being unemployed again working out for you? I'm sure you are used to it by now....I really miss ya on the radio....I miss ya like a dose of the clap! What will your next attempt of actually being somebody be? I can't help but laugh...Your friend, as always. Face it Chris... you were to much of a liability for KFAQ. I always loved the way you spoke in the nasally, whiner voice! I guess the radio station was looking at as a simple financial decision right? Did the meeting go something like this....seriously Chris, it is from corporate....nothing to do with us or your show...but, pack your shit and leave..TODAY! Thanks for the laughs!

Your bestest buddy,
Mike Jones

I'm so glad that during Obama's press conference last night he had the foresight to get every question from the press before hand and put all his answers on the tele-prompter. Had he and his staff not gone to such lengths he would have had more gaffes in one hour than Bush, Clinton and Carter did in their entire lives!

Imagine Bush receiving an award from a federation of white community newspapers and then excluding the press from attending. I bet that would go over well. Nope, no problem there.
